1st TFCA Game Changers in San Juan Gym for Culmination

The first ever TFCA Game Changers (Golden Lions Intramurals) was held in San Juan Gym last February 15, 2019. It was well attended by parents, students, teachers and staff of Tabernacle of Faith Christian Academy.

The program started with Mr. Marvin Enriquez who led the opening prayer followed by Ms. Lya Del Rosario leading the Philippine National Anthem, San Juan Hymn, and TFCA Hymn.

A short inspirational message for the games was given by our GPTA president, Ptr. James Pacheco. TFCA founding pastor and president, Bishop Ray Llarena also gave a welcoming speech to the crowd.

The preschool up to grade-6 students started off the event with their respective numbers for their field demonstration.

The kids were ready with their costumes and props as they assembled to perform in front of the parents and guests. The kids made sure they gave a great performance in front of their parents.

Grade 12 students busting their moves during the high school hip hop dance competition

After the filed demonstration of the younger kids, it was time for the hip hop dance competition for the grade 7 – 12 high school students. They all came complete with their costumes and dance moves to give the crowd a nice performance. The high school students gave it their all but at the end, it was the Grade 12 class with their graduation inspired dance routine who emerged as champions.

There was a short lunch break that was given so that the students can prepare for the high school volleyball and high school basketball championship matches.

The high school volleyball (mixed boys and girls) match was between  the Blue Mystiques versus the Maroon Centurions. The Centurions emerged as this year’s volleyball champions.

The high school girls’ basketball  championship match was between the Gray Wolves and Red Sparrows with the Wolves coming out as the winners.

The high school boys’ basketball championship match was between the Maroon Centurions and Gray Wolves with also the Wolves becoming champions.

The winners of the different games were equally distributed among the different teams but the team who emerged as the over-all champions were the Maroon Centurions.

TFCA Game Changers chairman Sir RJ Austria gave the closing remarks to formally close the week-long intramurals and everybody was gathered for a group photo.
