RECRUITMENT AND HIRING PROCEDURE

Basic Requirements for Application:

Interested applicants are requested to submit the following requirements to the Human Resource Management and Development (HRMD) Department:

  • Written application
  • Comprehensive resume with one (1) recent, colored 2×2 ID picture
  • Original and clear copy of college diploma
  • Certified true copy of transcript of Records with school seal
  • Clear copy of LET and PRC license, if already obtained
  • Employment Certificate / Recommendation Letter from previous employer
  • Clear copy of NSO Birth Certificate
  • Clear copy of NSO Birth Certificate/s of dependents, if applicable
  • NBI, Police and Barangay Clearance
  • Clear copy of SSS ID / TIN / Community Tax Certificate
  • Philhealth / Pag-IBIG Number
  • Marriage Certificate, if applicable
  • Certificate of Employment, if previously employed
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from former school, if newly graduated
  • Certificate of all seminars and trainings attended
  • Pastor’s recommendation
  • Certificate/s of spiritual formations attended
  • Accomplished information sheet (from TFCA)

Upon submission of the requirements, the applicant will fill up TFCA application form and undergo the following:

  • Psychological tests
  • Teaching demonstration
  • Interview with the Academic Coordinator, if applicant is a teacher
  • Interview with Department head if applicant is not a teacher
  • Interview with the Principal to determine the teacher applicant’s fitness to teach and handle students
  • Interview with the head of HRMD to determine the applicant’s spiritual fitness and emotional maturity

An applicant who passes necessary interviews must submit a medical certificate (X-ray, CBC, fecalysis, urinalysis, drug test, etc) which states that the applicant is fit to work.

A qualified applicant chosen for employment will then be informed when to report for work and sign an employment contract and/or appointment letter.
